This is one of my favourite dishes to make!
Tuna Tartare is super easy to make, really healthy, and oh so yummy!
The only thing you need to make sure of is to get really fresh tuna. Head to your local market, and don’t be afraid to pay a little bit more for the best tuna you can find.
200 gms Sashimi grade tuna
1 x Avocado
30 ml Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Mirin
1 tablespoon Cooking Saki
1 tablespoon Fish sauce
Finely chop tuna with a sharp knife
Cube your avocado
Mix the tuna and avocado together in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk the ingredients of your dressing together, and combine with the tuna and avocado mix.
Place your tartare mixture in the middle of a plate, and squeeze dabs of Wasabi around your tartare.
Grab a fork and DIG IN!
