Fit people follow the 80/20 rule when it comes to food as they know that they need to provide the right kind of food for their body to operate to their maximal potential. This means that 20% of the time they also enjoy life and certain foods that are considered bad, without beating themselves up over it.
Healthy is a lifestyle choice
Fit people know that there is no short-term fix or pill that they can take to improve their health, so they commit to it as a lifestyle approach. This means that they aren’t interested in short-term fixes such as juice fasting to lose a couple of kilos, they are in it for the long haul and willing to take the time to get the results.
