I’ve been doing pilates weekly for just over 6 months and thoroughly enjoy Emma’s classes. I have previously had back and hip problems and found it difficult to get up out of my chair at work. Emma guided me through specific exercises to reduce the pain and I found that after only a couple of sessions that the problem was fixed. I feel so much more stronger and my muscles are more defined from doing pilates regularly. I look forward to going to class, the studio is warm and inviting and I always walk out feeling fantastic.
